Justice and Liberation Consulting, LLC

Our Mission

Deeply informed by the late Toni Morrison’s quote, “the function of freedom is to free someone else,” Justice and Liberation is an organizational and consulting platform that incorporates a collectivist approach to meeting the needs of diverse groups of people, organizations, and institutions. Our mission is to engage in radical teaching and resource-sharing through collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ultimately, we hope to provide services that are rooted in love and community care, and are intersectional, decolonial, and anti-oppressive.

Our Offerings

With a collective mission to help expand diverse organizations, we are committed to providing high quality consulting that incorporates the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In a rapidly evolving global landscape, embracing diversity, ensuring equity, and fostering inclusion are not just moral imperatives but also essential components of a thriving and innovative organization. Justice and Liberation Consulting, LLC is dedicated to helping our partners create an inclusive and equitable environment that celebrates diversity in all its forms. We invite organizations, institutions, and community members to join us on this journey toward a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive future. Together, we can create a world where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.
